EBG Advisors led a multidisciplinary client and legal team in a Kaizen exercise to improve provider contracting processes across corporate functions and geographies.
The team was able to identify issues and solutions with current processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and provider experience.
EBG Advisors was then asked to act as the overall project manager over the solutions identified, which additionally resulted in related improvements to recruitment, human resources, payroll, credentialing, provider scheduling, and supervision programs.
