EBG Advisors supported the Chief Medical Officer and regional Provider Executives from across the country to design and implement performance-based compensation programs aligned to productivity, quality, and value-based care principles.
The updated compensation programs supported in-office, telehealth, extended hours, and per diem clinicians, as well as their leadership. An approved business case led to a regional and office leadership structure, which provided opportunities for advancement across providers. EBG Advisors applied change management principles to facilitate enhanced reporting and communications to support the new program.
The successful project resulted in improved provider engagement, turnover, absenteeism, productivity, and quality measures.
