EBG Advisors acted as an Interim/Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a large, private equity-backed health care provider during a time of leadership transition.
Specifically, EBG Advisors supported leadership succession for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, and CHRO over a period of six to eight months. The HR division was stabilized, outstanding compliance issues were addressed, new technology was introduced, and key talent management positions were filled.
At the close of the assignment, executive leadership teams were in place, and the service level and reputation of the HR function were improved.
