EBG Advisors assisted a managed behavioral health care organization with a transformation plan to become a comprehensive managed care organization (MCO). Leveraging its knowledge in the administration systems marketplace, vendor selection, and health plan operations, EBG Advisors identified key transformation workstreams, set up a transformation management office, and provided project management tools to support the client through the required restructuring of its organization and systems.
To track and address all issues with the potential to jeopardize the project timeline, EBG Advisors also implemented a command center, which continued to function past the go-live date to ensure systems were working properly, communications were running smoothly, and issues were brought to the correct groups for timely resolution.
