Thomas J. Wronski has more than 20 years of experience as a legal search consultant specializing in the recruitment of partner-level attorneys and groups for top U.S. and international law firms, and he has been involved in some of the most transformative deals in the history of the legal industry. He helps organizations such as hospitals, health systems, insurers, physician groups, long-term care providers, drug and medical device companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and law firms build strong teams.

Thomas has particular experience working with health care and life science attorneys, as well as labor and employment attorneys, and his list of contacts at law firms, in-house, and in the government is legendary. A recognized leader in partner-level attorney recruitment, Thomas has a strong track record of partnering with the American Health Law Association and other organizations on programming.

Thomas manages the EBG Advisors Legal Talent Solutions program, which helps health care and life sciences companies, private equity firms, and law firms recruit health care and life sciences attorneys.

Active in civic and volunteer work, Thomas currently serves on the City of Naperville, Illinois’ Advisory Board on Disabilities.

Prior to becoming a legal search consultant, Thomas was employed at the U.S. Department of Justice, and in the Office of the Cook County State’s Attorney.
