Biography

Kathy Wikman is a Strategic Consultant with EBG Advisors, Inc.  Ms. Wikman is a global HR executive with an extensive background involving deep collaboration with executive leadership as a trusted advisor to achieve current and future business goals.  Ms. Wikman has broad legal, HR and business acumen, and she provides a commercial perspective on managing significant workplace issues including investigation and remediation of sexual harassment  and business change and transformation.  Ms. Wikman offers a deep background in organizational restructuring, workforce reductions, off-shoring, and acquisition and divestiture activities.

Ms. Wikman was Global Head of Employee Relations at UBS until July 2017 and, additionally, was the Head of HR for the Americas Region at UBS for four years.  Her recent achievements include developing a new strategic framework for executing change strategy, multinational program/training rollouts, and simplifying the global policy framework for consistent and fair application.  In this capacity, she supports employees, managers, and HR professionals worldwide in handling workplace issues.  She also assumed the role of HR Head for the Americas for several years providing guidance to senior business leaders across a 20,000-employee population.

Previously, Ms. Wikman quickly advanced through several roles at JP Morgan Chase from Employment Law counsel to Global Director of Employee Relations. At JPMC, she is credited with building a global network of Employee Relations professionals and playing a strategic role in establishing programs, policies, and objectives to align HR with business critical goals.  Moreover, she prevented/reduced litigation activities and costs in addition to capturing multi-millions of dollars in cost savings by creating a leaner service delivery model.

Ms. Wikman’s early career included a prestigious clerkship on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit .
